Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days if the order is received before 3.00pm EST.
Exchange & Returns Policy
Returns
To return an item(s), please include the returns/reorder slip that you received with your goods and send to the address which appears on the returns/reorder form.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the order date - in original condition - UNWORN AND/OR UNWASHED.
Flying Squirrel will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs unless goods are faulty or not as ordered.
We can also credit your account with us for future purchases if chosen. Please advise on the return/reorder slip.
Exchanges
To exchange an item(s), please include the return/reorder slip that you received with your goods and include $5.00 for redelivery within Australia, $5.00 AUD for New Zealand.
Overseas exchanges please e-mail our office enquiries@flyingsquirrel.com.au and we will contact you via e-mail.

We accept the following credit cards online; Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Bankcard and American Express.
Flying Squirrel e gift vouchers are also accepted.
If you prefer, you can phone, fax, or e-mail your credit card details to us rather than use the online payment system. You will still need to complete the online ordering form.

Whilst we use quality images due to variations in monitors display settings there may be some colour variations.

Out of Stock
If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you via email and you will be given a choice of putting the product on back order, credit your Flying Squirrel account or a refund your credit card.
